How do I connect to an app on my iPhone (i.e. Wahoo or Strava)? The Watch Link Pod will not be able to connect to an app running on the same iPhone as the Watch Link app. This is because the iPhone is utilized by the Watch Link Pod when broadcasting in Bluetooth mode. In order to connect to an app over Bluetooth with the Watch Link Pod, it must be running on a different phone than you are connecting to. Alternatively, using wanting to connect to an app over Bluetooth for outdoor rides can utilize the Watch Link USB in combination with a power bank to provide mobility. The Watch Link USB does not require the use of the phone when connecting over Bluetooth and is able to connect directly from your Apple watch to your app over Bluetooth. While any power bank with a USB port will work, we've had good reports back from users about the Zenure Power Bank Supermini 10,000mAh portable charger.
