The Watch Link pod pairs to your Apple Watch to broadcast your heart rate data to your equipment screen.

 

Use with any at-home workout equipment, in-studio live displays or outdoor bike computers.

 

The pod connects via ANT+ or Bluetooth.  

GETTING STARTED

STEP 1

Download the Watch Link app to your phone and Apple Watch.   

 

The pod can also be connected directly to any of our compatible apps here for more detailed workout analytics.

STEP 2

Open the app on your watch and select the 'Tap to Start' tile then 'Connect Now'.

STEP 3

Bring the pod close to your Apple Watch to pair (within 1" for best results).

STEP 4

On your equipment screen, search for and pair the pod as a new heart rate monitor. It will be listed as 'Device: (ID #)'. 

For some equipment, your pod will connect automatically once you start a workout, so you can skip this step.

STEP 5

Mount the pod to your workout equipment and get ready to start your workout.

STEP 6

Select your workout type in the Watch Link app and enjoy your workout!

 

Please note: you cannot run two workout apps on your watch at the same time. To save your workout to Health, simply open Settings in the app and enable 'Save to Health'.
